Rookie Tier 2 North Year-end Tournament needs a Convenor - August 2 to 4
OSMB is hosting the year-end tournament again this year for the Tier 2 Rookie North teams. This will be a round robin format tournament with Owen Sound hosting 8 to 10 teams.
The executive will assist with putting together the initial schedule and assigning umpires.
The convenor's duties will include, but are not limited to;
-Organize any volunteers and assign them any of the jobs below as you see fit
-Make sure the diamonds are setup in the morning and equipment is put away at end of day
-Collect the entry fees from the coaches
-Collect the team rosters
-Handout and collect gamesheets
-Calculate points and determine tie breakers if necessary
-Resolve any disputes
-Other duties as necessary
