Owen Sound Minor Baseball Association is a part of the Western Ontario Baseball Association, an affiliate of Baseball Ontario.
We offer baseball programming to the Owen Sound and surrounding area youths, ages 4 - 18. From ages 4-7, baseball is played locally within Owen Sound / Georgian Bluffs. For ages 8 - 18, play is available in House/Local league (this includes some travel to nearby communities, typically within 30-40 mins), as well as Select and Rep Teams (where applicable, due to number of players / coaches available).
What does your player need?
Players need their own glove and helmet, as well as personal protective equipment (jock or jill). Baseball pants and baseball shoes (cleats) are not required, just recommended. Hats and jerseys are provided as a part of the house / local league registration costs. Each team will have a bat or 2 in their equipment bag for shared to use, but some players prefer to purchase their own.
