Owen Sound Minor Baseball is excited to share the official home night schedule for the 2026 House League season. With registration numbers continuing to grow and strong interest across all age groups, the organization is preparing for another busy and exciting summer on the diamonds. The schedule is designed to provide families with consistency while offering a balance of weeknight and weekend play. Players from 5U through 18U will have dedicated home nights throughout the week, helping make planning easier for families while maximizing field usage across the city. 

Registration for the 2026 Umpire Season is NOW OPEN for ALL Umpires (New and  Returning!) The new enrollment process to become certified as an umpire is now available online. The new enrollment process to become certified as an umpire is now available online through the Ontario Baseball Association’s registration platform. Umpires logging into the system for the first time will need to create an account, then register and pay for the level they will be completing this season.

Owen Sound Minor Baseball currently has one opening on the 7U All-Star team for the upcoming season. We are inviting interested players to submit an application for consideration. Families with eligible 7U athletes are encouraged to apply to be considered for this open roster spot.

Owen Sound Minor Baseball is recruiting new adult umpires for the 2026 season and making it easier than ever to get trained and certified. Through the Ontario Baseball Association’s Accelerated Umpire Clinic program, adults 18 and older can complete advanced umpire training in just one year. Thanks to the generous support of local sponsor Loretta Emonts of RE/MAX Grey Bruce Realty Inc., up to four new umpires can have their full registration costs covered.
