2021 Registration Form

This season OSMB will be doing online registrations. We will not be accepting mail in registrations.

OSMB has a soft cap on team sizes. We will always do our best to make sure everyone can play but we are also trying to avoid large roster sizes on a team. If necessary we may have to start waiting lists for divisions and create another team if enough players are on the waiting list.

The following divisions are currently full, with a wait list now started.

U11

Learn to Play
U15

Late fee- After March 31, 2020 - $35 - Learn to Play Players exempt as this program does not participate in WOBA.

Also, please be sure to purchase a non-resident card if you are not a resident of Owen Sound. You will not be considered registered until this has been obtained.
