Modified games where everyone participates and succeeds

4. Team Wrap-Up

Every session is built around creating a positive, pressure-free experience.

The Buddy System

What makes Challenger Baseball truly special is our Buddy System.

Each athlete is paired with a volunteer “Buddy” who provides:

  • On-field support
  • Encouragement and confidence-building
  • Assistance with drills and gameplay
  • A connection that often turns into friendship

Buddies ensure that every athlete is supported, included, and set up for success.
