Owen Sound Minor Baseball Loses Coach, Umpire, Parent and Baseball Enthusiast
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of long time Owen Sound Minor Baseball suporter, Matt Fitzsimmons.
Matt has been an active part of Owen Sound Minor baseball over the years. His passion for the game was present in all aspects of his involvement. He battled his brain tumors with class and determination. The Owen Sound community is a better place for having Matt (Fitzy) involved. We wish his family all the best as they move forward without him. If you wish to make any donations, please make them to the Grey Bruce Hospice or Brain Tumor Foundation of Canada.
