OSMB Tryout Policy
- Tryouts will consist of of a minimum 2 tryouts
- Head coach will be selected and identified prior to tryouts
- Tryouts are included in OSMB registration fees
- Coaches will not evaluate players
- Evaluations will be completed by non parent and non coaches (2 or more evaluators)
- Selections will be made by the head coach with recommendations from evaluators
- Head coach will make final selections, with support from OSMB
- Coaches will communicate selection notifications in an anonymous manner
