In the event that multiple applicants apply for the same position, the Coach Selection Committee will conduct interviews before a decision is made. The successful candidates will be informed no later than Friday August 30th. It is the expectation of OSMB that all 2025 coaches will hold tryouts and select their teams prior to Oct 15, 2024. Depending upon historical & anticipated enrollment at different age groups, and the interest from potential coaches and players that register for tryouts, additional teams may be considered by OSMB after the top tier team has been selected.

A Rep / Select Operations Manual is being finalized and will be shared with the successful candidates this fall / winter. Aspects of the manual may be discussed during the interview / review process.
Thank you to all candidates for your interest in helping to grow Rep / Select baseball in the Owen Sound area. In 2024 OSMB offered Rep Baseball at the 9U and 11U are groups, as well as a Select team at 15U. We also introduced the 7U Jr Rookie Allstar (Development) Team. We are excited to see that number of teams continue to grow in 2025 and beyond.
