Saugeen Select 13U couldn't keep up with Jr Baysox 13U and fell 23-6 on Wednesday at Lamont 4.
Jr Baysox 13U opened the scoring in the first after one run scored on another play.
Jr Baysox 13U added to their early lead in the top of the second inning after Kai V walked, Niall E walked, and Owen G grounded out, each scoring one run.
Jr Baysox 13U scored five runs on three hits in the top of the third inning. Ryder S singled, scoring one run, Mikey S grounded out, scoring one run, Jude M grounded out, scoring one run, and Niall E singled, scoring two runs.
Jr Baysox 13U scored five runs on five hits in the top of the fourth inning. Ryder S tripled, scoring two runs, Jack H singled, scoring one run, Kai V tripled, scoring one run, and Jude M singled, scoring one run.
Jr Baysox 13U scored nine runs on seven hits in the top of the fifth inning. Mikey S hit an inside the park home run, scoring three runs, Jude M doubled, scoring three runs, Owen G doubled, scoring one run, and Dennis F hit an inside the park home run, scoring two runs.
