Players living outside of Owen Sound will still be required to purchase a non-resident card through the City of Owen Sound. You will not be considered registered until this number has been provided to the registrar. Owen Sound Non-Resident Page - These non-resident cards can be purchased online by following this link.
OSMB has a soft cap on team sizes. We will always do our best to make sure everyone can play but we are also trying to avoid large roster sizes on a team. If necessary we may have to start waiting lists for divisions and create another team if enough players are on the waiting list.
