Registration Refund Policy
Owen Sound Minor Baseball (OSMB) recognizes that, in certain circumstances, a registered player may be unable to participate in the baseball season. The following refund policy has been established to ensure fairness to families while protecting the financial stability of the Association.
Prior to May 1
Registration fees will be refunded less a system processing fee for non-refundable registration system costs.
May 1 to May 14
Registration fees will be refunded less a 25% Administration fee.
May 15 to June 15
Registration fees will be refunded less a 50% Administration Fee. Uniform will need to be returned.
After June 15
No refunds will be granted.
Extenuating Circumstances:
In cases of extenuating or exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed by the OSMB Board of Directors on an individual basis. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of the Board and is not guaranteed.
Additional Notes:
Processing and administration fees are applied to offset costs already incurred by OSMB, including but not limited to registration systems, league fees, insurance, uniforms, and equipment.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the OSMB Registrar.
Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment, where possible.
