1. All games will be played by Official Baseball Rules except as amended by the Ontario Baseball Association for any given Series.
2. Time limit will be in effect for every game except the final which will have no time limit. For all other games, no new inning will start 2 hours after the first pitch is thrown.
3. All games will be a maximum of 7 innings in length, except for the semi-finals and final which will go to extra innings if needed. Ties will stand for round robin games. A game will end under mercy rules if the run difference reaches any of the following:

ii.15 runs after 4 innings
iii.10 runs after 5 innings or any subsequent inning thereafter

All protests will be resolved by the Tournament Convenor immediately following the completion of the game under protest.
9. Standings after round robin play will be determined by highest number of points earned in round robin games. 2 points will be awarded for a win, 1 point for a tie, 0 points for a loss.
